The "Marfer Building" is located in privileged area, on the Historic Centre of Coimbra, near the Mondego River.

Historic Centre of Coimbra, is predominated by prime locations of the city, where they mix services (banking, insurance, trade, clinics, schools), centuries of history, local commerce, market, handycraft stores, tipical restaurants, bares with “Fado" culture, public parks, gardens by the riverside green spaces of leisure....

Coimbra is an university town historically, with  University founded in 1290 - declared World Heritage Site by Unesco in 2013 - about 30,000 students.

Our building consists of 5 stores, 20 offices and 14 apartments, some with views of the University, to the Mondego river.... all for renting,  and a public car park with 60 places.

Close to all public services, hotels, restaurants, bars, University, schools, traditional trade, green park "Docas". Very well served by public transport, bus, train, taxi ....
